Excellent laser printer
After having several ink jet printers, I finally decided to get this laser printer. The revies were mainly good, and I like HP’s reputation. The printer is very easy to set up – there are only four steps, and the screen prompts you along the way. I chose the wi fi option and my printer was ready to go in less than 4 minutes. The print quality is excellent, the printer wakes up quickly and the first copy out of the printer comes quickly. The only negative is that when the printer wakes up, it runs louder than my dot matrix printer. I cannot comment on HP’s customer service because I was able to easily set up the printer on my network and have not had any problems with it.

Very nice printer and relatively easy to setup with a few caveats
Iâm happy with my purchase and what I didnât understand was solved by manufacturer. One word of caution: HPs customer service is inconsistent: either very good (supportive, patient and eventually helpful) or very bad (accused me, the customer, of being unprofessional).I do have a few other criticisms that others should be aware of. There are no options to include a scanner or fax machine-one must purchase everything. I have another scanner and the quality of this models scanner output is terrible. Furthermore I have no use for a fax.What I like very much is the speed and quality of the prints. I have yet to explore other papers besides basic bond but have experience with the brand and am optimistic.

The price is back to the discounted amount, so I order a supposedly a new model (I believe they replaced the eprom firmware and corrected the issue). The unit was very easy to install since you have the option of WiFi/ Ethernet/ USB.I use Ethernet because of the reliability, went through the setup, two Windows computers, two Google phone and a Chromebook. Connected to the Cloud and I was ready to do my books and taxes with a boat load of printing. I am impressed with how smart the unit is.. it automatically changes the font size, orientation, from standard to landscape to fit the page. It defaults to two sided printing which save a lot of paper and automatically knew that the IRS forms needed to print oneside.Old reviewBlue Screen of DeathDuring the Initial Setup the printer received an error code which HP could not resolve. Their recommendations it needs to be replaced. My 1 star is the price increase over $200.00 and Amazon would not honor my purchase price.

HP has been at the forefront of Laserjet technology for well over 30 years and continues that tradition with this model. Connectivity is a breeze and mobile device printing simply couldnât be better.

After one day of use, Error code: dd000f58 which bricks the printer. If you google this, it is a common problem which has no remedy. Absolute Garbage.
